Dr. Alisha McCorkle

Dr. Alisha McCorkle is not your average nurse. She is an explorer of all things related to nursing and specifically a subject matter expert in leadership and academia. Her work includes an intense focus on the behaviors of high performing leaders, team unity and communication as well as intrinsic motivators and toxic workplaces. Dr. Alisha has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry ranging from leadership roles as director of nursing, consultant, and academic faculty. Her recent pivot into the behavioral health clinical setting provides a new adventure of leadership education and exploration.
