Debra currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Area Manager for Kaiser Permanente in Southern Alameda County California. She has been a leader in healthcare for over 35 years, serving in positions that have taken her from the beside to the boardroom. She has held a leadership role in every area of healthcare from Pediatrics to Geriatrics and Acute Care Services to Post Acute Care. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she was introduced to health care at an early age, volunteering at various hospitals and nursing homes. During her high school and college years she obtained fellowships at major health systems including New York University Medical Center and Mount Sinai Medical Center.
