Lisa Summerour, Ed.D. is an executive coach, speaker, and founder of Summa Our Creatives, Inc. Before focusing on supporting high-achieving women as they recover and thrive after a breakup or divorce, Dr. Summerour worked with academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and Fortune 500 leaders—facilitating workshops on engagement, emotional intelligence, and cross-cultural leadership.
 
Her early career as a professional actor in award-winning films like Philadelphia and The Sixth Sense sharpened her skills in storytelling and presence, which she now uses to empower others to lead with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

A.A.C.T.™), and author of her award-winning book, Divorce Is Not A Destination, a guide for rebuilding a joyful life after heartache.
