Currently, Shannon McDougall holds the Executive Director and Chief Safety Officer for The City of Hope, Enterprise Occupational Safety and Health, Environment of Care, and Emergency Management. Shannon previously held the role as the Regional Director of Healthcare Operations for Allied Universal, with the responsible and oversight for Healthcare Operations in the NW and SW regions, equating to over $123M in business, and was the acting portfolio manager of one of the top health systems in the industry. She served as a subject matter expert in Healthcare Security, Safety, Support Services, and Emergency Management.
